Precious Metals Certified Reference Materials - Gold (Au) and Silver (Ag) XRF Analyzer Check Samples

The XRF Company offers a variety of precious metal standards including ranges of both gold and silver. Each reference material can be easily used with an XRF gun analyzer. CRM from 10 karat, 14 karat, and 18 karat Au to 1/2 inch check samples of Ag, each reference material is certified under the corresponding ISO guidelines.  Our XRF check samples come with a certificate of analysis so you can rest easy you are getting the highest quality in every sample for your XRAY Fluorescence needs.
